Dear GNPS team,

I encountered an issue while running the "Feature-Based Molecular Networking" workflow on GNPS. The job failed with the following error message:
“There was an error transferring this workflow's input files to computation storage.”

Here are the details of my job:

  • Workflow: Feature-Based Molecular Networking (version release_28.2)
  • Job ID/Title: MSV000085444_workshop
  • Execution Time: 1 minute 9 seconds
  • Input Files:
    • MGF: Nissel_Zoom_Workshop_IIMN_batch.mgf
    • Quantification Table: Nissel_Zoom_Workshop_IIMN_batch_quant.csv
    • Metadata: metadata_workshop.txt

Steps I have taken so far:

  1. Verified that the input files are correctly formatted and uploaded.
  2. Attempted to restart the workflow, but the issue persists.
  3. Checked the metadata file to ensure it matches the requirements of the workflow.

Could you please help me identify the cause of this error? Is it related to my input files, or could it be a server-side issue? Let me know if additional details are needed.

Thank you for your assistance!

Best regards,
