We just completed GNPS2 server maintenance and its up and running. Let us know if there are any issues.

Hi Ming,

I tried to run molnetenhancer in both GNPS2 and GNPS. Jobs on both platforms succeeded. But I got no matches from both platforms.

I checked the result folder where all_json.json is empty. I suspect that is the problem from.

My job id on GNPS2 is c5acbfe1c939447ab71317fe299767b3
