Hello everyone,
I'm trying to run the feature_based_molecular_networking_workflow with the files generated by Mzmine 4.5.0 preprocessing (.mgf and .csv) in addition to my metadata table. However, I've been getting this error "[cf/06fc3e] enrichClusterSummary (1) | 1 of 1, failed: 1 [- ] createNetworkGraphML - [c6/204659] createTallRawData (1) | 1 of 1 WARN: java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused ERROR ~ Error executing process > 'enrichClusterSummary (1)' Caused by: Process `enrichClusterSummary (1)` terminated with an error exit status (1)" frequently. Has anyone experienced this problem or could you please help me understand what's happening? Thank you all in advance.
