I cant upload my data using FTP client to ccms-ftp01.ucsd.edu (lost connection)

Dear GNPS forum,

For the first time, I had this problem since last night till now, I could not successfully upload my data to ccms-ftp01.ucsd.edu using the FTP client (WinSCP). it is always reconnecting. I have tried different FTP clients (Core FTP) and it also showed the same problem. Do you know what happened? Could you help me to solve this problem?
