MS Spectrum Plot + Metabolomics USI not loading

Hey everyone,

It is the second time in a week that it has been impossible to load MS Spectrum Plot and/or Metabolomics USI as well, in the GNPS dashboard.

My colleagues are facing a similar issue on other computers.

Is there any way to debug this? All the files used to load perfectly fine just a couple weeks back so I suspect it might come from the website.

Hi Alexia,

Since I started my new appointment last year and left UCSD for UCR, we’ve migrated most services to my new lab. 

For example you can go to:

https://metabolomics-usi.gnps2.org/

https://dashboard.gnps2.org/

The services (e.g. gnps-lcms.ucsd.edu, metabolomics-usi.ucsd.edu) at UCSD, I am not committing to update. If you'd like to use the newer services that are getting updates and are maintained, and new tools will be deployed, I would recommend using the GNPS2 suite of tools going forward.
