GNPS error:Tool execution terminates abnormally with exit code [1]

Hi,

I would like to ask anyone use GNPS online tool recently? I uploaded two files, csv. and msp. But it always show Tool execution terminates abnormally with exit code [1],

Do you know how to solve it?

Thank you for your reply! Actually I do not understand your meaning about library folder. I just did it according to the instructions as following. I do not know what´s wrong here.

• Use the Superquick FBMN interface:
  • Go to https://gnps-quickstart.ucsd.edu/featurebasednetworking.
  • Select the "Progenesis QI" option for the "Feature Quantification Table Source".
  • Drag and drop the feature quantification table (.CSV file) into the left box.
  • Drag and drop the MS/MS spectral summary (.MSP file) into the right box.

Hi Xiaodan, I don't use this quick start workflow. I go through GNPS2 website and proceed there. It works fine for me. Please see below.

Thank you for the suggestion. I tried to use GNPS2 online, but I can not get an account. It always requires "invite token". Maybe I did not get the correct website? Could you please send me a link?
