Is there MASST API available?

Hi there,

I have several MS/MS spectra of unknowns? I wonder to know whether any API available to submit a batch of spectra into MASST by command tools?

Hi Zhiwei,

We have another workflow that enables just that. Specifically you can paste several spectrum usi and it’ll query all of them.

Also the documentation is lacking but swing by office hours and we can chat about it and also get the documentation updated at the same time for others!
