Dear GNPS Team,

I hope you are doing well.

I am writing to report an issue I have encountered while running the Feature-Based Molecular Networking (FBMN) workflow on GNPS.

I have attempted to run the workflow multiple times, but each time I receive the following error when trying to access the results:

"There was an error retrieving the result data for block 'main' of workflow type 'FEATURE-BASED-MOLECULAR-NETWORKING'."

The workflow appears to complete, but the results page cannot be displayed.

Here are some details of my analysis:

• Workflow type: Feature-Based Molecular Networking (FBMN)

• Input files: .mgf and quantification table exported from MZmine

• Issue: Unable to retrieve or display results after job completion

I have tried rerunning the job several times, but the issue persists.

Could you please advise on possible causes or how to resolve this issue? I would greatly appreciate your guidance.
