Long process time/cannot delete/no progress image

Hi all, I submitted a job this morning with 12 files with precursor and fragment ion mass tolerance at 0.02 m/z and it is still running over 3 hours later. I ran this same data set with the default mass tolerance yesterday (2 m/z and 0.5 m/z) and it ran in 17 minutes. There is no progress image for the analysis and I also receive an error when I try to delete the task. I'm new to GNPS so maybe this is user error... is anyone else experiencing issues? Any tips to resolve these problems? Thanks!

maybe related to the previous post - I tried to upload 5 files via drag and drop, they appear in the drag and drop window but they are not uploaded to my folder. Any idea what to do?

@Karin -  I have only used FTP for upload so I can't speak to your issue. Sorry!

Yes, I've had the exact same problem. None of my jobs are finishing and I am not able to delete anything. I've had a job running for over 2 days now and no progress update. Not sure what's going on. :/

I'm having the same problem. I've tried uploading through both drag and drop and FTP and neither jobs show any progress in processing 3 days later. I originally processed the data in MS-dial and have just used default settings in feature based molecular networking. The same data previously ran in 25 mins.

I'm in the same boat waiting for the jobs to finish since Thursday.  Hope the issue will be resolved soon as I'm suppose to give a workshop on GNPS to a big audience in the Philippines.

I am experiencing the same issue. My network with only two files has been running for over 50 hours now. I am upset that there's no message or information from GNPS about what is happening because I don't know if it's worth looking for an alternative, or if it's just a temporary issue.

We all have the same issue I think. Maybe they have some major problem with GNPS servers.

or if just the mol network, MetGem will make you the cosine-based MN et the t-SNE-based MN from the MZmine files. You can download it from  MetGem.

No, it does not work again. Someone know when will server work properly? Thanks. I got this error  Workflow node [searchlibrarysearch_specnets_0] was forcibly terminated by the computational back end. The most likely reason is for exceeding this node's memory usage quota.

Hi all - when I checked yesterday, all of my problem jobs had failed, and the few that I've run since have completed successfully. Seems like things are running alright now.
