not able to connect to GNPS with a FTP program

I cannot get CyberDuck or FileZilla to connect to GNPS so I can transfer MZmine files for running FBMN. 

I tried to see if a connection could be made via terminal with the following:

ping ccms-ftp01.ucsd.edu

The request timed out each time.

Have y'all had issues recently? Any help would be great. Thanks!
