FTP Errors

IT person here:

One of our people is trying to upload some files to gnps but it keeps failing. Anyone know if there are errors? I see the website max transfer is 20mb, is there a max for FTP?

We Tried two computers, two ftp clients and 2 connections(university and cell phone tether). It says there are too many connections so she created a new profile to test on gnps and its doing the same.

I am having the same problem, I use WinSCP and keep getting the same message: "Timeout detected. (data connection). Transfer connection failed, closing. Copying files to remote side failed". Any help on this would be much appreciated.

Have you found any solutions? I am also unable to connect by WinSCP

I'm validating y'all: I'm having the same issue and an unable to connect with any of the three FTP apps recommended by GNPS.

Dear GNPS,

Since yesterday, using WinSCP I am experiencing similar FTP issues as these previously reported last year.
The connection was working without issues just a couple of days ago.
Sounds a problem from the side of the receiving GNPS server - any solutions?
