Considering your interest in Molecular Gastronomy, please consider to submit your work to the Journal of Culinary Science and Technology.
In addition we are currently looking for contributors for our new section “Molecular Gastronomy in…” which aims to give a review of Molecular Gastronomy in different countries of the world; contributors for several countries are already confirmed.
Please feel free to disseminate to potentially interested contributors.
