low volume spray drying

Hi,

I'm looking for a service that can do very low-volume spray drying. I
have a project where I want to work more with spray-dried vinegars
(e.g., chinese black vinegar) that I haven't found a commercial source
for. But at this point there's no use to doing more than would be
needed for basic recipe and process development, which is a tiny
quantity by the usual industrial standards.

Does anyone know of any services that will do this?
