Big tent for show this weekend

Well, I was able to cancel my business trip for Thursday and now should be able to be in Weston and bring the big club tent up for us to use Friday afternoon, and help with set up and anything else that needs done then.  Now the only problem is I have a 50th B-day party for a good friend to be at Saturday night after the show (that I can't get out of), so I won't be able to stick around to tear down and haul the tent back that night or Sunday.  I can get it there, is there someone that can take it home after the show?  Warning, it's pretty big and won't fit in a bug, ha!  It might fit in a bus?  For future storage, someone else with the room is welcome to keep it, or I can meet sometime the next week to pick it up and bring back here if no one else has the room for it.

FYI, the box it is in is about 6.5' long x 1.5' wide x 1' tall and weighs about 100 lbs give or take.

I can haul it in the back of the truck after the show, but do not have
the room to store the tent.

Thanks Lyndon, I could meet you Monday or Tuesday or possibly even Sunday night to pick it up and bring it back to my barn to store till we need it again.
