the release looks ok BUT after doing some more tests with the candidate with local projects I discovered a regression specific to display-plugin-updates, which was not present before!

i've logged it as https://github.com/mojohaus/versions-maven-plugin/issues/422
and provided a PR (with IT) https://github.com/mojohaus/versions-maven-plugin/pull/423
