Refresh of l10n-maven-plugin - upcoming release

Hi,

l10n-maven-plugin [1] is used in many projects [2], e.g. in apache plugins to generate localization reports [3].

Last released version is 1.0-alpha-2 from 2009.
The latest version is incompatible with the latest m-site-p ...

So I've refreshed the project - a little.

I have questions to community:

- what is purpose of goal PseudoLocalizeMojo [4]

- does anybody use this goal

I'm going to remove it before release if there are no objections or there are any reasons to maintain this goal.
