Hi,

Many MojoHaus projects contain Maven wrapper configuration.

Most of them are outdated and need to be updated ... instead of updating it after each new Maven version I propose to drop it at all from project code.

So we can have one less task to maintain.

It is not needed for build on our CI - GitHub, developers which can build projects locally should have Maven installed already.

If there is no objection I will do it by the way working on projects.

Maven wrapper should be updatable via Dependabot automatically or semiautomatically. Maybe consider that first?
It could make starting to work on a project easier, because the new developer gets the correct Maven version automatically, although I admit that this might be a rare happening.

Dependabot - doesn't do it ... I would not to add next tools to updating projects

I agree to not bother with the existing stale config and just delete it.

It's the MojoHaus project after all. Somebody who does not have Maven properly set up on their environment is anyway unlikely to be able to contribute to this IMO.

Thanks for your cleanup effort
