Hi,

I'd like to release version 1.2.2 of the IDLJ Maven Plugin.

This is the first release from GitHub.

This version cleans up some old issues left from the codehaus days, plus adds support for the Glassfish IDLJ tool, which replaces the built-in one for JDK9.

We solved 3 issues:
