[VOTE] Release Animal Sniffer Maven Plugin version 1.16

Hi,

I'd like to release version 1.16 of the Animal Sniffer Maven Plugin

Animal Sniffer provides tools to assist verifying that classes compiled
with a newer JDK/API are compatible with an older JDK/API.

We solved 4 issues:
