Hi,

I am new to using Animal Sniffer. I would like to use animal sniffer as part of the build process of my project (ANT based, NOT maven), to ensure my project is always compatible with a specific version of jdk (say 1.7).

I came across this example, however, it explains for maven.

And I saw ANT Tasks, however, could not find any example that shows compatibility check against a jdk version.

Thanks,

Suamnth

Bumping this email in case anyone has any inputs. Also, if I am to use animal sniffer to detect, say, java8 incompatibility, do I need to generate signatures for java8?

Thanks
Sumanth
