The Mojo team is pleased to announce the release of the JAXB2 Maven plugin version 2.3.1.

To get this update, simply specify the version in your project's plugin configuration:

The xjb binding file gives me an option to enter only predefined values like <xjc:serializable uid="12345" />

Is there way to make this UID generation random/dynamic?
