Update for upcoming Firefox 3.1

I did some testing with Firefox 3.1b2 and found no issues so far. I
have updated the XPIs and version information on the Mozdev server to
include Firefox 3.1 as compatible version. Anyone updating Firefox to
3.1b2 or the final 3.1 should see a compatibility check for moji and
the dictionaries. After that moji should work just as it used to.

I would appreciate if other people could test the current moji 0.9.6
in Firefox 3.1b2 and give some feedback.
