In this version I only fixed one issue:

https://www.mozdev.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=18074

Until now, moji threw an exception when an active dictionary had been
uninstalled from the Add-Ons manager. You can simply see this if you
open the Add-Ons manager from the Tools menu and then uninstall any
dictionary currently active in moji from there. Restart firefox or
thunderbird and open the moji sidebar. You'll see the error message on
the screen.

I fixed this in 0.9.2. Dictionary which are not present anymore are
automatically removed from the list of active dictionaries. I tested
this a lot and I can find no bugs but I would appreciate if someone
could test this before I push this version into public.

I think the basic installation and uninstallation paths are:

* install dictionary from moji options (FF only). It should be
downloaded, installed and activated automatically.
* install dictionary through add-ons manager (or drag & drop into
window). After installation moji should recognize the new dictionary
and should activate it automatically (with information message).

* deactivate dictionary from moji options. Dictionary is still
installed.
* uninstall deactivated dictionary from add-ons manager.
* uninstall activated dictionary from add-ons manager. This should
work without error now.
