Announcement by the Nunes/Pinto and McDonnells

Dear Villagers of Moira

It gives us great pleasure to make an announcement of our families'  events:

*    Cynthia has just gained her Phd as Educational Psychologist in the U.K.

•    Her husband, John McDonnell, has been nominated Labour Party's Shadow Chancellor

•    And all this happened on the day that Dr. Cynthia Pinto turned 60 in September, 2015.

We have taken the liberty of attaching our Goanet.FEMNET October Issue 43 which contains this announcement.

We think this is an opportune moment to request our Moira ladies to read this Initiative, started by Betsy, as Founder in 2012. 

This online Newsletter was started by 'women for women' and we would welcome contributions of articles of any subject that you are comfortable to write on. 

We are also attaching our Request for Contribution of Articles and look forward to receiving these at your convenience. 

It will be great if you will get to know our family who has returned to live in Novo Portugal, Moira after being in Kenya, East Africa for five generations, starting 1897.
