I just joined this group.
I Purchased 2 Foreclosure Properties from Mohawk at Peaks Potentials
Never Work Again event that was held at the Hyatt Regency in Orange
County in 05/16/08.

I am in the process of of writing a demand letter to Peaks and Mohawk
requesting monies invested for failure to comply with business
agreement.

Has anyone done that?

If so has anyone received any money back from either Peak Potentials
or Mohawk?

Is there any class actions suits involving Peaks and Mohawk?

Is there any interest in doing so?

This seems to be a very good idea. How did you go about this and what is the
name of the group you purchased with?
I would like to hear more
Thank you for sharing

Has anyone done that?

Thanks. I sent out my demand letters requesting refund to Mohawk
Diversified and their affiliates Pro Financial Services and Go Invest
Wisely as well as Peak Potentials on the 24th (registered mail) as
suggested by my financial adviser. In your experience was the
promoter Peak Potentials or FIC?

I believe we are all wasting our efforts hoping for these people who organized this real estate foreclosure properties or deals.

They are just good in sucking the dough.  After that, we all left in the dark.  I just leave it to God that all these people who do not comply with what they preached that all those dough that they took will all grow in every cell of their bodies as a cancer to their system.  May they never have peace the rest of their lives and families.

May God take charge of them asap.

Thanks,

Maybe so, but I cannot endorse such toxicity! Although I am very discouraged and frustrated at the ongoing effort of trying to get my money back, I can't say that I wish such misfortunes on these people….I only wish that those involved pursue the guidance needed to do the right thing and return our money as it is the right thing to do!

I Agree. I understand the frustration, but I will not wish harm to
anyone or encourage
any one else to do so. I am committed to integrity and empowerment.
My lesson in this experience is not to believe everything I hear and
to do
my due diligence. If all our thoughts are prayers and all our prayers
are
answered... I will be aware of my thoughts. Blessings and peace to
you all
during this season.

I'm curious to know if anyone received a response from Peak Potentials at
all regarding their request for refund.

Also, if you charged the seminar fee on your credit card, you may be able to
enlist your credit card company to reverse the charges b/c Peak Potential
misrepresented Millionaire School and Never Work Again. It might be worth a
shot.

About 12-18 months ago, T. Harv Eker sent an email denying any misleading info or wrongdoing. He stated that, to summarize, its our fault if we did not do our due diligence and he was not responsible for any losses we may have experienced due to following what he promoted as ethical and valuable. The end so to speak.

Hello I am on the other end of this scam, I bought a house and they
have not paid property taxes to the county where I live so now the
house is going into tax foreclosure, they have done this to at least
a couple hundred people in michigan I am guessing that is not
including all of the other states where they scammed people. You
folks who invested the money need to contact the attorney general in
utah and file a complaint as do folks like myself. I really think it
would be helpful if a central person could build a case against them
by putting all the investors in contact with one another as well as
other people like me who didn't get what they paid for as far as the
land contract. Please feel free to email me if you wanna, alice

I am totatlly amazed at the extent of this venture.  Sooo many people got burned!  To have Brad Hess still on payroll- they must have collected some money!  But it's got to be almost gone.  Too bad so many of us individuals spent so much agonizing time and energy, doing as you suggested, on an individual basis.  They're on their way out.  NOthing to gain.  ....although, I suspect we'll see these names again, under a new and different company.....
