Hi All,
I contacted Robert Cohen by e-mail around Christmas, 2011, to see if I
could join the lawsuit, and he said I could not join it. I was too
late according to him. Not sure what that means in terms of how it is
progressing, but frustrating for me, as I am out a lot of money (as is
everyone else).
If anyone else has any ideas on how to get their money back, I'd love
to hear it.
