Hi Carl

I recently managed to convert the title to my name, after the long hustle since 2008, and begins to receive some rental. 

From my experience, trying to get through get refund through lawsuit is lower chance. 

Just my two cent worth of suggestion.

Daphne - are you in contact with the company? Can you send
information on how we could get a hold of someone? All contact
information I have is not answered or doesn't work anymore. I have
never heard of anyone who actually had properties assigned, ownership
transferred and receive rental income.

Yes, I was very glad to be able to get the title to the property. But, beware of additional taxes because I found that GIW did not pay the tax even though I was billed by them. If the property does not give positive ROI, it may not be worth while to claim title.

Having said that, over long term (5-10 yrs), the properties should be higher than the prices we paid for.

Pls make your own judgement calls, since I am not getting any benefits from this advice.

These scammers only paid about $6,000 for the house they sold me. So they
pocketed about $11,000 for that one house. Multiply that by 100 and you can
see for yourself the astounding amount of monies these scammers made off of
us. They're laughing all the way to the bank.
