mms messages delivered to list not being received

As of today, our content which is delivered to a subscriber list as MMS including a photo is not being received by any of the subscribers. The callback email indicates that it was successful, the json result says success, queued but the message is never delivered. The dashboard also shows the usage graph that the count for the day is increasing by the number of subscribers each time.

We have been successfully using these API calls for quite a while without any issues and nothing has changed on our side. (Just to be sure, I created a new subscriber list and added myself (verizon) to the list and attempted to send the message through the API Explorer as well). The only other time we ever saw any issue was also after a daylight savings time change but a resend delivered the content successfully.

The only way I have been able to deliver the content with MMS is to remove the image content_url parameter and send simple text message (longer than SMS)

Is there something wrong with the mogreet API right now? Would the callback information include details if for some reason the API couldn't reach the content_url?
