Hello Mogreet Developers-

I successfully sent my first MMS message within minutes of setting up my account- which is nice!

However, I have a question about handling replies. I noticed that when you reply to a message you get a response that reads: "We're sorry, the command....."

I was wondering if there's a way for the user to reply, then have Mogreet handle forwarding that to the original sender ---or --- push the info to my application wherein it will handle the logic.

A better worded question:,Is it possible to have Mogreet be the proxy in a two-way MMS/SMS conversation?

Thanks--

Using a shortcode is not a good way to do a text message survey, because the user has to include a keyword in every response so that the system knows how to route their mesage.

If you use a dedicated phone number, you'll get the message back and can program your logic to handle the response.

Hi All -
We do offer dedicated shortcodes, which means that we could route ALL the MO responses to a given shortcode to your logic, so that no keyword is required.
The downside is cost and time to get the carriers to provision a dedicated shortcode, but we have the best possible deal for devs if your application has the time and budget necessary - you can bring your own shortcode (get one here: http://usshortcodes.com) and we will charge just $100 a month on top of that to run the code and pass the messages , up to 50,000 messages a month.
Cheap.
