Newbie Try to Figure Send Receive Settings

Hi, I am new to shortcode texting. My goal is to run a marketing campaign where a customer texts a keyword to my short code. They are then enrolled in the current marketing campaign, and they receive a reply back telling them their enrollment status.

At present, I have an SMS camaign id, an MMS camaign id, a shortcode, and 2 keywords. Also, I have set the Webhook URL to my free Slack.com page, using Slack "incoming webhooks." 

When I test this setup, I am not getting any incoming data to Slack from Mogreet. Can anyone help? Ideally, I want to know who is enrolled in the campaign so that I can reach out to them with coupons and other marketing options.
