connection timed out

Lately, I've been seeing a lot of errors stating "api.mogreet.com took too long to respond. ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT". 

We call the API like this:

https://api.mogreet.com/moms/transaction.send?client_id=[my_id]&token=[mytoken]&campaign_id=[my_id]&to=[my_number]&message=TEST&format=json

Sometimes it works fine, other times I have to wait a couple of minutes and try it again. The URL works with no changes, but it intermittently times out. Is there anything we can do to ensure a more timely delivery, or do we just have to queue the message and try it again?
