We Love You Carrie Wright and THANK YOU!!

Dear Mothers,

Today was my incredible assistant, Carrie Wright's last day with Mothers Who Know.  We are so sad to loose her and all her light and influence, and will miss her like crazy!!

We just ended our Warrior Mothers Who Know meeting.

It was my intent to announce something in our meeting and express my great appreciation for her.  As I went to do so I got a distinct thought to wait (which was confusing) but after the meeting I understood why.

We are to all thank her together and make a google group "THANK YOU" card for her to keep. 

Trust me, this will not be Carries favorite, but obviously the spirit didn't care so I/we must not either.  (Carrie would not want the attention on her.)

I want to share a little back ground with you about Carries involvement in our organization so you will have a better picture of why I love and appreciate her so much.

Carrie arrived the first week Mothers Who Know went live/online.  Our personal meeting is in the first MWK recording.  :)

Perhaps she showed up that day thinking there might be some help for her personally but I'm sure noticed right away how much help I needed. Now that I know her better I am surprised she had the patience to keep showing up while I mottled through in my broken clueless way with technology - etc., etc.

(I've never ask her...but I'm going to have to ask if she was showing up just out of disbelief or to see what crazy off things this "Karen" gal would do. With a giggle I imagine her saying; "This gal claims to be a Mother Who Knows...but it is clear there are some things she does not know."  hahaha!! )

Over time I noticed she was active in this online google group and always was so kind and honoring of other mothers and their comments. I also was so appreciative that she would interrupt me in the meetings to clue me in to some things I was not noticing.  I needed her bold personality there to help because she noticed I needed it.  I needed help with many things and thought she might be willing to just assist with the google group because it was evident she was already so good at it.

I called her to ask if she might be able to help with the group and to my surprise,  she offered much more.  Expressing her desire and past experience and how it could assist MWK. It was truly a miracle that she was offering to help me and that she was so strong in areas I was very weak.

You will never know how patient Carrie had to be with me, or how many times she would cheer for me and encourage me when I was doubting.  I am thankful she has been my dear friend and assistant and that she has been such a strength to all of us.

I have no doubt that God had a hand in orchestrating our meeting and that he sent someone as beautiful, talented and "not me" to bless me in my efforts and magnify the growth and development of MWK. Carries friendship and assistance will forever be evidence to me that God can see us in our weakness and sends others to assist us. 

Carrie Wright is literally one of Gods personal miracles in my life.

WITH ALL MY HEART I WANT TO EXPRESS WORDS THAT I FEEL INADIQUATE TO EXPRESS.

WORDS CAN'T EXPRESS APPROPRIATELY HOW MUCH I LOVE AND APPRECIATE CARRIE.

Thank you Carrie with all my heart for being an instrument in Gods hands to assist me.  Thank you for being such a blessing to so many.  Thank you for your courage and example to me and all of us.  Thank you for sharing so honestly about your own growth and strength.  Thank you for being so patient with me and letting me drive you a bit crazy sometimes (I know I did...you just were to kind to say it. :)

Thank you for sharing your brilliance her with all of us!!!

May you forever keep growing in all you do in the incredible Carrie way you do it!!  I trust your inspiration and timing to move on to other meaningful things for you and your family because I have witnessed your great capacity to listen to and follow the spirit with courage and tenacity.  You are one powerful gal and I love your guts!!!!!!!

Thank you for the kind words and encouragement you’ve offered to me as I have bottomed-out a few times with discouragement along my path, and especially your thoughts about my son’s inactivity in the church.  Thank you for sharing your insights and experiences and helping me see the big picture.  I have appreciated your thoughtful and and caring messages.  We will all miss you tons and what you’ve brought with you to our meetings.  I really hope you pop in occasionally so we can see you!

I've been in and out of the mothers who know group since I first heard about it. It has been a wonderful place for me to get encouragement and reminders about how I can help my struggling son best, how to be a better mother and fight my own battles with the adversary, and even how to help and receive inspiration in behalf if my other children). 

Carrie, Thank you for adding your voice and personal  experiences to the group. Your technological assistance has helped to foster the spirit even more in the class since there are fewer technical distractions. Plus, it's been wonderful to have you as a resource when I couldn't figure out how to use the tools myself. I can see that you've added a lot to our meetings with your spiritual insights and also your talents and skills with technology.

I was on during the first recordings of Mothers who Know and I realized when Carrie came on and continued to offer help to make the meetings and corespondance work better and better. Carrie, thank you for using your talents to help not only Karen but all of us. Many times you would type something in the chat that I needed and I'm so grateful to have come to know you through these weekly meetings and for your strength and faith. 

I am so thankful for you and for all the Warrior Mothers I've come to love.

Thank you Carrie. One day after me saying, I hope my son can find someone like you, you told me the Lord has prepared,someone for everyone. My son who is 26 is dating a beautiful girl. He has told her his trials and as of right now things are going well for them. I keep praying for them but want to thank you for your words of encouragement!
