Updating orders (mesh refinement)

Hello,

I am refining the mesh at parts of the domain and would like to increase the order at only the refined parts, i.e. if a triangle was refined twice I'd like the order to be higher by two in comparison to an unrefined element. At the same time I'd like to save the orders as tags on the elements. How should I go about this?
