Hello,

New master branch for core library, version v0.7.17

- improved mesh cutting

- improved reading blocs sets with Dirichlet boundary conditions

- add function to get IS with dofs in the problem of given rank (coefficient) on entities.

- minor changes improving robustness, code formatting and error handling

My apologies for problems.

In version v0.7.17 a major bug was created. Now is fixed, and new version v0.7.18 is now tested and will be available shortly.
