Error on jupyter server

Hello Everyone and Happy New Year!
There is an issue with mpi for jupyter server.
Not sure what this /dev/shm/ directory is.
The error is the following.

file). It is likely that your MPI job will now either abort or experience
performance degradation.

Could someone explain the source of the error?

I presume that this is docker/Jupiter container? We have very little shared mem in docker. Is this cause problem? Can you write more when this is happening?
