Sir/Madam,
I tried executing a mesh file of 2d geometry using the command  ./run.sh -my_file paper_network.msh -saturated_conductivity 1.0. But an error keeps popping up. Strangely I was able to execute the same code for a previous mesh of rectangular shape. I have attached the errors shown in terminal  for your reference.
Regards,

Everything is right except that for the mesh you are using the saturated conductivity is too high, and the computation simply diverges. You could start from 0.1 and run, it will run without problem. Then you could increase the conductivity, and see how high you could go.

Sagar,

If you like to higher saturated conductivity you have can make mesh denser, and/or reduce time step.
