Please see below solution to some deprecations

Deprecated: Solution

seed_ref_level_3D : getInterface<BitRefManager>()->setBitRefLevelByDim(Extra argument at the second position: 3)

add_ents_to_finite_element_by_PRISMs: get_entities_by_type(Extra argument at the second position: MBPRISM)

seed_ref_level: getInterface<BitRefManager>()->setBitRefLevel(same as seed_ref_level arguments)

The add_ents_to_finite_element_by_PRISMs is replaced by add_ents_to_finite_element_by_type, see this
