looks like a professor (author) thinking more about funding his
projects than getting real results.
The higher number of minds is better but this not means that you'll
inevitably have a breakthrough if you force every people on the earth
to think a bit about your problem. Especially, when these minds are
well paid, fed and therefore too lazy and sleepy to think about
anything :)
