Registration of Instructors for 2100

The registration of Instructors for 2011 is about to begin. However problem have already started to crop up.
Some TM State Associations have sent out letters notifying Instructors that they need to register only with the TM State association and not with the Unit KOKO of Jabatan Pendidikan Negeri. This has caused the displeasure of the MOE unit KOKO and it could be a misunderstanding or miscommunication. I have today received such complaints from MOE.
Some letters also state that only the State registration is accepted, this is also inaccurate as TM WTF as the national Governing Body can also issue such registration letters as the need arises and the case may be.
These are internal letters to be given to the Instructors as acknowledgement of their status in TM and subsequently these registered Instructors will be posted on the bet at www.tkdmas.org.my.
ALL those in possession of the Instructor letters from either TM State Associations or TM Induk must then register with the MOE Unit KOKO for their licence. This I believe is compulsory.
I hope this is clear. The TM EB Board will bemeeting on the 6th January to finalise details for 2011.
