TM Black belt & Poom certificates

TM has started the process of issuing these long delayed Black belt and Poom
certificates.
The new TM Black belt and GUP certificates design will be displayed on the
website at www.tkdmas.org.my tomrow.
The TM Black belt card will now be the plastic type same as the Kukkiwon
Plastic credit card type with photo and details etc.
Towards this end we are now first processing all applications that are
complete with all the necessary forms, clearly spelt names with IC no as
well as photos attached.Yes photos are required. If you have not submitted
earlier, please do so now to your Instructor/Examiner to forward to TM with
your name, IC and handphone written behind it.
Those with incomplete data will be notified via their examiners to submit
the required data. The data will be vetted this Wednesday prior to the
Certificates and Black belt cards to be issued. We will be processing month
by month beginning with the first grading forms submitted to TM.
Attached is a sample of an updated form awaiting approval to be issued at
the Council meeting for all future grading submissions.
Once the certificates and cards are issued , you will be able to view your
data on the website by just logging in as a guest to view on the tm website
at www.tkdmas.org.my - certificate verification
All TM members registered will be given a permanent lifetime number with 8
digits. You should be able to check your certificate data by using this 8
digit number or your IC no. In the case of children below age the BC no as
well as the 8 digit number to prevent duplication.
This will enable parents, children, Instructors, examiners, MOE etc to check
online on the validity of certificates issued by their Clubs and Instructors
to prevent fraud and to ascertain genuine TM WTF Members.
The TM TEC and the TM Office will be working towards this end to key in the
approximate 1000 certificates beginning this Wednesday. Please get in touch
with your Club/Instructor or Examiner to submit additional required data
like photos etc if you have not already submitted them.
