One of three IPv6 addresses don't work

The Apache 2.4 implementation has three VirtualHost.Two of them have got an IPv4 and an IPv6 address, the third Virtualhost has got only an IPv6 address.With "ss" there are three sockets for wsgi.
With "ip -6 address" only one global IPv6 address is shown. It is the address of the two VirtualHost which habe got also an IPv4 address.
All VirtualHost have got their WSGIDAEMON.
What should I do?
