mod_wsgi and Apache 2.4 compatibility

Is mod_wsgi 2.4 fully compatible & tested with Apache 2.4 ?

There are no known issues with Apache 2.4 compatibility with newer
versions reported yet, but it may not have been used much with it
either.

Also, the Apache 2.4 changes were only recently backported to 3.X
branch and so in context of 3.X there is perhaps even less testing
done again.
