I've written a command line certificate generation tool that utilizes the
OpenSSL CLI (and various standard Linux CLI utilities).

The outputted keys/certificates look correct and are accepted by Direct's
configuration services/UI. I'll update the documentation once I can confirm
that the keys/certificates work correctly during discovery/exchange.

I committed an initial version in revision 417.
