Terms and Conditions
Subject to these terms and conditions, Protoz will offer a Fare Free return flight including all airport taxes and charges to anyone purchasing one or more a promotional products in a participating outlet of MAX ELECTRONICS LLC (including Gitex Shopper 2014) in a single transaction from the 27th September 2014 to whichever comes first, until stocks last or the 31st January 2015 .

1. To claim a Free flight, the Participant must complete and submit the online booking form by visiting the claim site (www.flywithEMAX .com. )The participant must then print out the completed flight voucher / booking form and post it to the address stated on the booking form, at least 45 days before the planned trip (The earliest travel date must be at least 45 days from the date of posting the booking form), along with the copy of invoice showing the date, product description, and store name. The participant must post the above documents not later than 14 days from the date of purchase. Failure to provide these documents within the specified time will result in no bookings.
2. All applications need to be received by Inspire no later than the 15th March 2015, applications received after the 15th March 2015 will become void.
3. The purchase of one or more a promotional products in a participating outlet/Gitex Shopper 2014 of EMAX in a single transaction and correct redemption of this promotion entitles the participant to one Free return flight in economy class including airport taxes and duties imposed by the airline.
4. In order to participate in this promotion the participant must be at least 18 years of age at the time of booking.
5. A maximum of one Free flight may be claimed per booking and flight, if you have purchased more than one product or purchased a higher value product and received more than one code, each code will need to be made on a seperate booking and we cannot guarantee that we can book the same flights for all codes. The flight voucher is not transferable or sellable. Flights may not be booked by third parties using the name of the Participant.
6. No cash will be offered in exchange for the flight voucher.
7. Flight vouchers cannot be used together or in conjunction with any other offer or promotion
8. No cancellations or changes will be accepted once the booking has been confirmed.
9. The voucher is for a free economy-class outbound and inbound flight for one passenger, including taxes & charges (one free flight ticket). The promoter will pay for, via redemption of this promotion only, the participant’s carrier base fare, taxes, passenger duty, fuel surcharges, service charge and airport fee. All other costs associated with the flight will be borne by the participant and are excluded from the promotional offer. Such other costs include, but are not limited to (i) any baggage or other charges made in connection with the flight or in addition to the fare (ii) any insurance (iii) any additional fees for card payments (iv) any fees for hotel, car hire, airport transfers, taxis, car park, seat upgrade, food and drink, visas, immigration documents or any other additional services. The participant must pay for all additional services used.
10. The flight voucher does not entitle the participant to travel by a particular route on a particular date, carrier or on a particular date and you may be offered an alternative destination or travel date to the ones you requested. This offer is not valid for journeys over Christmas Day and New Year’s Day. Some periods (e.g. holiday periods) and dates may be restricted depending on the chosen destination and travel time. The availability of flights may also be restricted by special events, trade fairs or local holidays.
11. The airport of departure is dependent on the destination, and direct flights are not available from all listed points of departure to all destinations. The availability of flights may be limited depending on the chosen destination or travel time. Limitations may apply particularly during holiday periods. The choice of airline is at the discretion of Protoz. The participant is not entitled to demand a particular airline or route.
12. The offer is subject to flight availability. Participant provides 3 different preferred destinations and 3 different possible travel dates. These travel dates have to be a month apart. Once the Participant is offered a flight, he/she must notify the supplier 72 hours as to whether he/she wishes to accept the offer. Should the Participant decline the offer, or not confirm the offer within 72 hours of receiving it, the Participant’s right to claim the flight under the terms of this promotion is automatically relinquished. PROTOZ and the travel agency will have been deemed to have fulfilled their requirements towards the Participant.
13. Any additional charges incurred (such as visa charges) must be paid by the Participant and/or any persons travelling with the Participant, on request by supplier. If the Participant and/or any person travelling with the Participant does not satisfy this request in due time, and is unable to travel for this reason, the Participant shall lose his/her entitlement to the trip. In this event the person travelling with the Participant shall be reimbursed the amount already paid in accordance with the airline's general terms and conditions. The right of the Participant and any person travelling with the Participant to claim compensation is subject to legal and airline regulatory provisions.
14. The issuer of the Free flight, cannot accept liability for changes to flight schedules, routes or destinations and reserves the right to use other service providers as an alternative. In the event of war, earthquake, disaster or similar events, it reserves the right to withdraw this offer without notice and without offering compensation.
15. The minimum period between the outward and return flights is 3 days including a Saturday night. The maximum period between the outward and return flights is 30 days.
16. All travel must be booked for return on or before the 30th November 2015.
17. All instructions on the flight voucher / booking form must be observed by the Participant.
18. Only the person purchasing the promotional product do qualify to participate. The flight voucher is not transferable or sellable. Flights may not be booked by third parties using the name of the Participant.
19. This is a consumer promotion.
20. The Participant agrees that the details provided in the booking enquiry may be used and stored by Supplier and EMAX in accordance with data protection law for the purposes of providing the services associated with this promotion.
21. All written correspondence should be sent to the local address within that is stated on this booking form.
22. This is a EMAX promotion and is administer by supplier.
23. Any disputes in relation to this promotion, thereof shall be subject to the sole and exclusive Jurisdiction of Courts in Dubai, UAE.
