Dear Candidate,

We are looking for Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) - LEVEL 2 TRAINERS for one of our clients in Oman

Role : Trainer Level 2 - Health, Safety & Environment
Reports to : HSE Manager
Location : Interior based 
Salary(Interior based) : OMR 1300 /- p.m + Food + Accommodation + Laundry + Transportation will be provided by the company
Leave schedule(Interior based) : 30 days leave after every 90 working days
Nationality preferred : Indian

Job description: 

Design, develop and deliver HSE Training programs both theoretical & practical training to fulfill client requirements. Build partnerships with International associations or organization that will add value to the department and overall profitability of the organization. Provide high quality of training delivery and customer satisfaction. 

Minimum Qualification/Experience:

The candidate should have the following qualification & Experience:

* NEBOSH Level 6 International / National Diploma in OSH or UK NVQ Level 5 in OSH OR NEBOSH IGC/NGC and Post-graduate Industrial Safety Diploma and B.Sc. or BE/B Tech
* 2 years' experience in an HSE Advisor/Manager role within Oil and Gas industry
* Minimum 3 years of Trainer qualification experience in training and assessment
* Experience in developing training course materials and presenting training - both theoretical & practical training.
* Able to motivate and lead trainees 
* Good I.T skills & Fluent in written and spoken English 
* Excellent communication skills with class room dynamics

Desirable Qualification:

* Level 4 Diploma in Learning and Development.
* UK NVQ A1/A2 or NVQ D32/33 or TEFL Assessor Awards
* IELTS Band 6 or above
