Dear MODM Attendees -

Tomorrow is day 1 of the Management and Orchestration Developer Meet-up (MODM), hosted by Brocade Communications and the Linux Foundation. We look forward to having you join the discussion!

As a reminder, the meeting tomorrow will be located at 130 Holger Way, San Jose, CA 95134 (US). This is also known as building #3 on the Brocade SJHQ campus. Free parking is available in the adjacent parking lot and garage.

Upon arrival please come to the front desk of Brocade building 3 to check-in and get a visitor badge. Somebody will be there to help you check-in and direct you to the meeting room.

Your host for the meet-up will be Tom Nadeau. He will kick off the meeting at approximately 9am (PDT), so be sure to arrive before then.

The meeting agenda is being driven by participants, collaboratively documented on an etherpad at https://modm.titanpad.com/1. At this moment there is still some open time for discussion topics, so feel free to add your topics into the agenda.

As the meeting kicks-off, please remember: always be respectful of speakers and your fellow participants. That notwithstanding, discussion is encouraged! Please make this an interactive meet-up.

Just FYI, there are 41 people registered to attend this meet-up. This includes people from the following companies: AT&T, Brocade, CableLabs, Canonical, Cisco, Dorado Software, Ericsson, GigaSpaces, HPE, Huawei, Intel, Juniper Networks, RIFT.io, Red Hat, SDN Essentials, The Linux Foundation, VMware, Verizon Wireless.

For those of you with colleagues who cannot attend but want to follow-along remotely, there will be a WebEx session. The session info is at the bottom of this message. Presenters / discussion leaders should coordinate with Tom Nadeau tomorrow morning, to make sure that you're connected to WebEx and/or make slides available.

On day 2 the meeting will continue at a conference room across the street. Tom will provide logistics information to attendees tomorrow.

Internet access (wi-fi) and lunch will be provided both days.

We look forward to having you there!

On behalf of the organizers,
-Benson
