Problem with .hed file

Dear all,

I have a problem with the .hed file. I have successfully run the simulation and set the .hec file to print as an external binary file in the control options. However, when I check the outputs of my model, I cannot find the .hed file. What could be the error? Thank you to anyone who can help me.
