Hi, what is better to use, model use or visualmodflow?

DEPEND ON YOUR BUDGET, FOR PRIVATIVE SOFTWARE IS WAY BETTER GROUNDWATER VISTAS THAN VISUAL MODFLOW BY FAR!, BUT FOR A FREE OPEN SOURCE OPTION MODELMUSE IS A GOOD CHOICE.

no second thoughts. ModelMuse is not only better, 'You will miserably
fail using Visual Modflow'. There are no answers when you ask them a
specific problem. If they reply it is after days when the deadlines
for your thousand dollar projects are gone. There are enormous
problems related to its license etc.

I agree that the graphics in Modelmuse are not so excellent, but you
can export the results and plot using MATLAB, AUTOCAD; ARC-GIS etc.
