GHB and HFB packages on GMS input

Hello everyone! 

I have a general question about the GHB and HFB packages on GMS (forgive my lack of knowledge):

if I have a dataset for a model that includes 

- a shapefile with conductance value for the zones where I want to apply GHB

- a shapefile with K value for faults (HFB)

how am I supposed to impement them, if their value is related to my model geometry?
