I'm getting crazy using GSFLOW.

I've built my PRMS model and my Modflow model, I'm trying to put them together now.

So I have a stream segment in each HRU delineated. as a consequence my cascade parameters follows the same logic as in the saheghe example. http://wwwbrr.cr.usgs.gov/projects/SW_MoWS/5.3%20Cascade%20Parameters.html

My PRMS runs and this makes me very happy.

However, when I run my GSFLOW I have a message "HRU 138 does not cascade or receive flow" and this happens to other 38 HRUs.

How is that possible that it works on PRMS but not on GSFLOW?
any suggestion about how to fix this problem?

Thanks!

Francesca

I have similar errors with lake hru, since PRMS actually doesn't cascade groundwater for lake hru by far, and you will have to disable that option.

I have one question, so how did you combine PRMS and MODFLOW into GSFLOW? Any place need to modify other than the control file?

You need to modify the parameters file of PRMS and integrate variables required for GSFLOW, you also have to delete some parameters that are not required for GSFLOW.
